The only dieting book you need. Period.

If you're like me and you have tried countless ways of slimming your waistline, you need an "umbrella book" that explains WHY some programs work and some don't. I honestly believe that this ebook could have prevented many frustrated attempts at dieting. I loved getting definite answers to questions like "what's more important for losing weight - dieting or exercise?" and "what do I do when I get cravings?"
This guide doesn't prohibit certain foods, which other guides do. It serves to educate you and helps you to slowly eliminate and replace ingredients, at your own pace. I loved the restaurant guide with suggestions for visits to Greek, Thai, Mexican and other restaurants. A complete dieting book at a price that is an absolute steal.

I really liked the Smart Diet principle. I think this is one of the most convenient ways to lose weight. Unlike other weight
loss methods, Smart Diet is for the long term and does not necessarily relies on will power that punishes dieters who are into popular diet programs. And the book goes into detail what are the right foods and beverages to select, what specific foods to avoid (also in a particular restaurant). What I like about the book is that it provides a list of alternatives, for example, for the foods loaded with deadly fats, high calories and sugar.
The recipe section of the book is a huge bonus. I think it can be made into a separate book. That great list of healthy recipes really added a lot of value to the book. Awesome book!

Smart, Straightforward, Easy to Follow

I was surprised by how relevant this book was to my life. It helps you find the simple changes you can make in your lifestyle to achieve the results you want. It does not have to be as complicated as the the experts suggest.
I particularly enjoyed reading the section on almond milk vs. soy vs. rice. I thought I was pretty health conscious, but this really opened my eyes to some problems even with the "healthy" options.
The section restaurants was unexpected, but helpful in hindsight. Most people eat out at least once a week so it makes sense to make smart choices when eating out as well. Overall, a very well thought out, easy to implement read.
